You may return FULL PRICED items for a refund, postmarked within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in same condition of receipt with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns beyond this time frame.
Please return items in the condition you received them: All items need to be returned unworn (without the smell of perfume), undamaged, and unwashed, bearing the original tags. All returns will be inspected upon receipt and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Nika Tang.
Keep the tags on: All items have a tag attached. This tag must be kept on if you want to return the item. if you return an item without the original tag attached, the return will be sent back to you.
International sales are final. Exchanges for a different size are allowed within 14 days of receipt of garment. Customer is responsible for the shipping and any applicable duty and customs fees. International orders are orders shipped to countries other than the U.S.A.
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S.A may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all such import fees, duties or taxes.
If the recipient refuses the shipment, the customer is responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our warehouse.
Sale and Promotion Items
All Sales and Promotion items can not be refunded or exchanged. Please consider carefully before purchase. Questions about sizing and measurements please send in advance.
Limited edition and artist collaboration items can also not be returned.
Jewelry items made to size can not be returned. Each item is specially crafted and made on order.
Pierced earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Press and Photography
Retail sale items are not returnable if bought for a photo shoot and worn. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for a pull request instead.
At this time we do not support gift purchases. Any items returned to us that is purchased as a gift will be refunded to the original purchaser.
Sample Garment Purchases
Sample Garments are delicately worn for purposes of catalog photography. Sample items are usually worn lightly.
All sample garments are dry cleaned before sale and are discounted. All sample garments are sold as-is and not returnable and not exchangeable.
We are unable to process exchange for Apparel or Jewelry purchases. Please return FULL PRICED items via our RETURN FORM. For Apparel orders, if you need a different size, please return original order and initiate a new order with a different size. You can also contact us with any questions in advance.
Swimwear is available for exchange only if item is unworn and packaging unopened for hygienic reasons. All labels and protection panel must be attached to return.
If item to exchange is out of stock or size unavailable you will be issued a Store Credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that the item(s) is received. We will notify whether your return is approved or rejected. We hold the right to deny refunds if the item does not meet our return policy requirements.
Please return using trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items not received by us due to transit problems, or damaged in transit.
Original shipping fees are not refundable. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We reserve up to 5 business days for processing from the date of receiving the merchandise at the Nika Tang warehouse. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account. Any returns received without a return authorization number or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of the company and the item returned to you. We reserve the right to decline returns that have been worn or damaged.
Late or Missing Refunds
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed to your account by the financial institutions. The refund will be returned back to the original payment method. If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days of your approval, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company.
